Pumpkin, red and white bi-color female Persian cat

Whisperwood's Hearts Desire

Pumpkin, red and white bi-color female with kitten

Desire (aka Pumpkin Kitty) is a red and white bi-color female Persian cat. Pumpkin was my first breeding Persian female. Thank you Marj Tadich for letting me have this girl. It is to my fortune that Marj did venture into the bi-colors for a very short period of time. Marj as you may or may not know breeds Himmys. It was by chance that I asked Marj one day if she may have any breeding Persian girls for my foundation male (Cappy)? And that is how I got Pumpkin. She is the queen of my home. When you look at Pumpkin and you see that she is 'low white' you might think never breed her to a solid because you will get even lower white. Well, this is not true.; This is where knowing and understanding pedigrees can be very effective when carefully selecting cats for your breeding program. Behind Pumpkin there are some great Bi-Color lines including GC Anz Nicholas Nickleby, DM. Also behind Pumpkin you will find lines such as: Vickits, Bolo, Marhei, Cattrax and Mystichill.

Some of the kittens that I have from Pumpkin are Startrax Nao and Startrax Stella, search for them on my site.
