Chill (aka Archie) is a solid copper-eyed white male Persian cat. Archie was a very fast grand. He granded in 2 shows, by making finals in only 5 rings he had over 200 points. At these 2 shows he was even taking the best of breed ribbon over Grand Champions as a Champion! Going to the second show I did not expect to be bringing Archie home as a Grand.
When I first got Archie I wasn't sure if I knew how to groom a white. You may think that if you have groomed one Persian then you can groom them all. This is not true when it comes to the white Persians. They do take that extra effort. Staining is a major issue. You have to keep up with the face cleaning. One thing is for sure... it is worth it. When you see a pristine white Persian in the show ring you will know why. They are truly very special.
